How I can help

Your business first.
The tools come after.

Sometimes you need a fresh pair of eyes. Sometimes you need help making a change happen. We can start with the challenge in front of you.

Management advice

When there are several possible ways forward, it helps to step back. Work through the challenge, weigh the options, and make the next decision with a clearer view of what matters.

  • Business priorities and decisions
  • A fresh perspective on a challenge
  • From goals to practical next steps
Talk through a challenge

Business improvement

The way work gets done matters as much as the plan. Look at the processes, handoffs and everyday frustrations, then find changes that make sense for the people doing the work.

  • Processes and ways of working
  • Collaboration and information flow
  • Turning improvement ideas into action
Find a better way of working

Digital possibilities

Explore where technology can make a useful difference. Connect the business need to the right approach, whether that is better reporting, a simpler workflow, or a practical use of AI.

  • AI and digital transformation
  • Power BI and management insight
  • Power Platform and automation
Explore an opportunity

Does any of this sound familiar?

A place to
start the conversation.

You don’t need a finished brief or a chosen technology. A question about your business is enough.

Illustrative starting points, not client case studies.
“We have plenty of ideas. Which should come first?”

Look at what you want to achieve, the choices available, and the effort each involves. Agree on what deserves attention now and what can wait.

“The way we work has become too complicated.”

Walk through the work with the people involved. Find out where information gets lost, decisions stall, or effort is repeated, and identify a useful first improvement.

“What could AI actually do for our business?”

Start with a real task and a clear business need. Consider whether AI is useful, what it would take to use it responsibly, and how a small first step could test the idea.

Working together

A conversation.
Then a practical next step.

The approach should fit your situation. We can work through the question together and agree on a sensible place to begin.

01

Understand what’s going on

Talk about the business, the people involved and what you would like to change. Take the time to understand the question before jumping to an answer.

02

Choose where to focus

Make the options and tradeoffs clear. Agree on a useful next step with a scope that fits the challenge.

03

Bring the idea into practice

Work towards something useful, with room for feedback and learning. Bring in technology where it helps the business move forward.

A little about me

Hello,
I’m Ole.

I’m Ole Ørum-Petersen, a management consultant at CloudAdvisor. My work balances management advice with business improvement and digital transformation.

I bring a business perspective and a hands-on understanding of AI, Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform. That means we can discuss both what your organisation needs and how to make it happen.

Technology, including AI-assisted development, is part of the toolkit. The starting point is always the business and the people in it.
